Scanalka® is a versatile vegan mineral supplement with 12 minerals and 72 trace minerals from the red algae Lithothamnion Calcareum. Minerals are of inestimable importance for the organism, as they are building blocks for the entire structure of the body, and help to maintain all the body's functions.
As the body cannot form minerals by itself, it is important to cover the body's needs either through a dietary supplement or via a varied diet. However, many of the minerals can easily perish during the preparation of the food. Minerals are also important if you want a more alkaline diet.
Scanalka ® contains the new multimineral complex Aquamin®. Aquamin® is rich in bioactive and easily absorbable calcium, magnesium and 72 other trace minerals. The unique structure of Aquamin® is very porous, which helps make the minerals easier for the body to absorb.
The minerals in Scanalka ® have a myriad of vital functions in the body, and i.a. do they contribute to:
- Maintenance of muscles and heart
- Maintenance of the immune system
- Maintaining energy levels
- Maintenance of the nervous system
- Maintenance of bones and teeth
- Maintenance of normal acid and base balance.
All the minerals in Scanalka® come in easily absorbable compounds, such as citrate and gluconate. The selenium comes from the Lynside® 2000 yeast, which contains a high and stable content of L-selenium methionine.
The tablets are small and easy to swallow. It is best to take the supplement in connection with a meal, preferably with a glass of water. For best utilization of the minerals, please divide the daily dose into morning, noon and evening meal.
If you do not want to swallow the tablets, they can also be dissolved in a glass of water. This is popularly called "Scanalka water".
Put 3-9 tablets in a glass of water, preferably overnight. Possibly. agitation may accelerate the dissolution of the tablets. When the tablets have dissolved, the water can be drunk.
