LIME w/magnesium, K2 and D3 is a combination of easily absorbable and bioactive bone calcium from Aquamin®, 2 strong magnesium sources, plant-based vitamin D3 from lichen moss extract as well as vitamin K2 and 72 trace minerals from Aquamin® .

The maintenance of our bone matrix is ​​dependent on both calcium and magnesium. Several studies show that magnesium helps the body's osteoblasts, which are the bone-forming cells, which maintains healthy bone formation. Vitamin D3 helps the body absorb the necessary calcium, and vitamin K2 ensures that the body's calcium is deposited correctly in our bones and not in our blood vessels.
