Berthelsen Beauty Bear® HAIR Vitamins are blackcurrant-flavored gummies, and are specially designed with, among other things, Biotin, Acerola (Vitamin C), Vitamin B12, Folic acid, and Vit. E and A. Berthelsen Beauty Bear® HAIR Vitamins are the ideal supplement for hair.
BIOTIN is one of the most important vitamins for the hair, as biotin both cares for the hair and gives it shine and more volume. Many studies have been done which show that biotin helps to increase hair growth, as biotin i.a. prevents DHT (Dihydrotestosterone) from limiting the ability of hair follicles to absorb proteins, vitamins and minerals, which are necessary to produce hair. DHT is a frequent cause of hair loss in men, but also in women with hormonal changes, e.g. due to pregnancy or stress. In addition, biotin also maintains the hardness of the scalp by producing fatty acids, which i.a. prevents dandruff. In addition, the fatty acids also make the hair healthier and stronger so that it does not break.
ACEROLA is a fruit that naturally contains a lot of vitamin C, which is why Beauty Bear® HAIR Vitamins contains vitamin C from acerola extract. Several studies have shown that the antioxidant vitamin C promotes hair growth, as vitamin C is essential for the body to make collagen. Collagen maintains the function of the blood vessels, and thus optimizes the supply of nutrients to e.g. the hair and hair follicles. In addition, vitamin C also helps fight free radicals, which can be responsible for hair loss over a longer period of time. Vitamin C also works well with vitamin E.
Folic acid is one of the first steps in the process for beautiful and full hair, as folic acid contributes to normal cell division and blood formation, which enables the hair follicles to form new healthy hair.
