Berthelsen Beauty Bear® TAN Tablets, like our TAN Vitamin gummies, are filled with Vitamin C and natural vegan beta-carotene, and are therefore the ideal supplement for a perfect golden tan.
Vitamin C helps the skin form new collagen, and protects the skin against oxidative stress from various external factors. Beta-carotene is a precursor to Vitamin A, which maintains the skin's normal functions.
What is beta carotene?
Beta-carotene is a natural coloring agent in e.g. carrots, which is called a carotene.
If you eat beta-carotene over a longer period, you get tanned more easily from the sun's UV rays, as the subcutaneous tissue is colored slightly golden by the beta-carotene, and you reduce the risk of getting sunburned.
Start approximately 4 weeks before you want the effect of the sun, to get the best possible effect. Continue until the sun season is over. TAN Tablets do not replace the use of sunscreen. Always use suitable SPF sunscreen when staying in the sun.
Like our other Beauty Bear products, TAN Tablets are also Cruelty Free and Vegan. The capsules also contain no artificial colour, flavour, sugar or sweetener.
