Berthelsen Vegan Magnesium is a vegan easily absorbable magnesium supplement based on two well-documented sources of magnesium - aminochelated magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium oxide.

Magnesium bisglycinate is a highly absorbable amino chelate, which is absorbed through the amino acid active receptors. It increases the absorbability of other magnesium sources, such as magnesium oxide. The combination of the two magnesium sources provides a highly absorbable and bioactive magnesium supplement.

What effect does magnesium have?
Magnesium is used in over 300 different enzyme processes in our body, where magnesium helps to activate the enzymes and catalyze the various processes. At the same time, magnesium is used in the muscles for the transmission of nerve signals, which e.g. used to relax the muscles.
