We offer two different vegan supplements of vitamin K2:
Natural Natto Vitamin K2 with 45 mcg and 10 mcg vitamin D3 per capsule
Vitamin K2 with 90 mcg per tablet
Natural Natto Vitamin K2 + Vitamin D3 contains bioactive menaquinone-7, which is produced on the basis of fermented soybeans (natto), which for centuries has helped the Japanese to maintain a healthy bone structure. Natural Natto Vitamin K2 is available in a vegan capsule, which can either be swallowed or opened and sprinkled on e.g. the breakfast. Now also contains 10 mcg of Vitamin D3, which also helps the body maintain a healthy bone structure.
Vitamin K2 contains bioactive menaquinone-7, which is produced on the basis of the bacterial culture Bacillus Subtilis, and thus does not contain soy proteins. Vitamin K2 is available in a small, easy-to-swallow tablet, which also has a division notch, so that it can be swallowed more easily or the dose can be divided as desired. K2 vitamins are very reactive, which is why they are microencapsulated to ensure the highest stability and quality.
What is the difference between Vitamin K1 and K2?
There are 2 different vitamin K, respectively. vitamin K1 (phyllikinone) and vitamin K2 (menaquinone). Vitamin K1 causes blood to coagulate (solidify), and a deficiency can lead to an increased tendency to bleed. Vitamin K2 is one of the newer vitamins, and instead contributes to maintaining a healthy bone structure.
How does vitamin K2 work?
Vitamin K2 activates the protein osteocalcin, which ensures that calcium is deposited in the bones. In addition, it also activates the protein Matrix GLA (MGP), which prevents calcium from being deposited in the blood vessels. In this way, Vitamin K2 ensures that what you consume maintains your bones.

Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone-7), bulking agents (malt doxtrin, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon oxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids (vege.)), surface treatment agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerin).
Unfortunately, the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration and the EU do not distinguish between Vitamin K1 and Vitamin K2, despite the fact that they work very differently in the body. The upper tolerable limit for Vitamin K is set at 670 mg.
