MultiSport ® is supplemented with omega-3 fatty acids and 5 amino acids, including BCAA (branched chain amino acids), which are important together with the strong B vitamins when training and playing sports. The 5 essential amino acids are L-Lysine, L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine as well as L-Carnitine. Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine (BCAA) are added in the optimal ratio of 2:1:2.
